What is the tiebreaker between teams with the same record in the NBA Draft order?

The 1st tiebreaker is head-to-to head competition and who won between them. If the two teams played each other an equal amount of time say like 2 games. Then the point differential of the victories would be considered.

But the winner of the tiebreaker would conceivably then have the better record and thus lose the draft pick to the team considered the lesser of the two. Sometimes when you lose you win.

3:Conference score

4:Score against other play off contenders including tied teams(if its 4 play off seat) Report It
